Vair Training provides highly-quantitative, financial training courses. Our goal - teach participants to build quickly, to analyze thoroughly, and to negotiate effectively with financial models. We take a modular approach. Exercises expand the foundational knowledge of the previous modules' learning objectives. Modules have three learning components: 1) "mouseless" and efficient spreadsheet creation, 2) essential finance and accounting review, and 3) most importantly, commercial usage of the model. Financial modeling is not an exercise unto itself. The model is a tool for effective deal analysis and structuring. We have a long history of teaching our delegates the commercial value of the model, not just "spreadsheeting." Vair uses a hands-on approach to financial training. Delegates learn by doing not watching.
